Emily Z. Rook, CPP, Consultant, Circle Financial Services, is a payroll and employment tax consultant specializing in employment taxes and payroll systems. 

Emily has over 20 years of payroll experience .  She is very active in the APA. She is a member of the Government Affairs Task Force and the National Speakers Bureau.  She is also active in the Chicago Chapter having served as Chapter President, Vice President, Secretary, and Government Liaison Officer. She received the Chicago Chapter’s Meritorious Service Award in 1998, and the APA’s Meritorious Service Award in 1999. She is the current President-Elect of the APA. 

Actor and stand-up comedian Curtis Fortier was born and raised in Grand Rapids where he honed his comedy chops sparring with the Nuns during twelve years of Catholic School, and performing with The Troupe improv group at his alma mater, Michigan Tech.  His stand-up  career includes the Comedy Club circuit East to West with extended stays at The Improv in Cleveland, Connextions in Toledo, and The Funny Bone in Omaha, and two trips overseas with the group Comics on Duty to perform for troops in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Curtis has opened for the likes of Bobcat Goldthwait, Margaret Cho, and "Weird Al" Yankovic. He is looking forward to coming back to his hometown and entertaining the attendees of the 2007 Michigan Statewide Conference for Payroll Professionals.

Rob Willsea, is a Certified Adventure Boot Camp Trainer and a United States Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel.  Rob has trained clients of all ages (4-84). His athletic and fitness accomplishments include: College Wrestling, Boxing, 5k, 10k, Marathon running, Triathlons and Mountain Biking races. He has also coached High School and Youth Wrestling, Youth Gymnastics and Baseball.

Rob's mission is to help West Michigan become a healthier, more physically fit community. His Adventure Boot Camp is a unique program that incorporates Rob's life experiences and passion for fitness into a fun and effective workout.
