Text Box: Jim Owen is the American Payroll Association’s Senior Director of Administration. Prior to joining the APA staff, Jim worked as Payroll Operations and Services Manager for over 20 years for Meijer Stores.
An active member of the American Payroll Association since 1989, Jim has served on the Automated Clearing House Committee and has chaired the Government Affairs Task Force Subcommittee on Child Support.  Jim has received the Meritorious Service Award, Special Recognition, and Payroll Man of the Year in 2004.

Growing up in Cleveland with all brothers gave Tammy Pescatelli two things: a great sense of security and an even greater sense of humor.  In addition to Becoming one of the top finalists on “Last Comic Standing,” Tammy has appeared twice as a guest on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” and “Dennis Miller” and has been a featured comic on PAX’s “Balderdash” National Lampoon’s “Funny Money” and Comedy Central’s “The World Stands Up.” She has also performed on the “Jerry Lewis Telethon” twice. More recently, she has performed on “TBS’s Evening at the Laugh Factory,” “Last Call with Carson Daly,” and has been a guest on the syndicated show “Comics Unleashed.”
